1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using Cloop (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Cloop is a cloud-based lead management CRM that allows businesses to capture, track, and manage leads. Features include integrations with third-party tools such as Zoom.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when registering
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • One account per user — accounts are non-transferable
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service

4. Subscription & Billing

  • Cloop offers free and paid subscription plans
  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
  • Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload spam, malicious content, or false information
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Reverse engineer or copy any part of the platform
  • Violate any third-party platform terms (including Zoom’s Terms of Service)

6. Third-Party Integrations

Cloop integrates with third-party services such as Zoom. Use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party’s terms of service. We are not responsible for changes, downtime, or policy updates from third-party providers.

7. Data Ownership

You own all data you enter into Cloop. We do not claim ownership of your leads, contacts, or business data. You grant us a limited license to store and process this data solely to provide the Service.

8. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any losses resulting from downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from the billing settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
